LAG-S100型大包下渣系统是武汉中飞扬测控工程有限公司针对连铸工艺设计的大包下渣检测系统,其采用白噪声和高温信号采集与传输技术,实现大包浇筑过程中渣量信号的在线实时检测过程。

Our LAG-S100 Slag Carry-over Detection System has fulfilled online real-time measuring of slag quantity flowed from ladle, depending on techniques of white noise and high-temperature signals collecting and transmitting, greatly improves automation level of continuous casting system.

 

大包下渣系统各部件均采用在高温下稳定模拟信号传输的组件和部件,使传感器在900℃高温下稳定工作,接插件在400℃时实现10-6V的信号传输。

On the one hand, the parts of LAG-S100 are capable to be stable using in the situation even up to temperature 900 ℃, and on the other hand the connector can deliver 10-6V signal at temperature 400 ℃.

 

LAG-S100型大包下渣系统采用高灵敏的模拟信号采集,高精度的数控增益补偿方式,实现准确的大包下渣检测信号。其具有耐高温,动态响应快,检测精度高,控制平稳可靠,抗干扰能力强等特点。

LAG-S100 system posses features of high temperature resistance, fast dynamic response, high precision, stable and robust usage in controlling system, anti-interference capability; and consists of high-sensitive analog signal collecting modules and high-precision digital gain-compensation mode setting.

传感器工作原理

传感器采用电磁感应的原理进行信号检测,其典型结构是两同心线圈。当初级线圈通以中频激磁电流时,由于磁场作用,在钢流中产生涡流,其磁场方向与线圈产生的磁场方向相反.因为渣的电导率在高温情况下远低于钢液的电导率(约1/1000),所以在渣中产生的涡流远小于钢液中产生的涡流。浇钢过程中,开始浇注时流出的全部为钢水,到浇钢后期,钢渣混出,,使溶体电导率下降,电磁场将有所增强,此信号由次级线圈测得。

The working principal

The system uses the electromagnetic principal for detecting the slag; the typical structure is two concentric coils. When primitive coil has been conducted by mid-frequency excitement current, there will be eddy current produced in liquid steel at the opposite direction because of the magnetic field. Because the conductivity of slag is much lower than liquid steel’s (about 1/1000); the eddy current of slag will be much lower than that of liquid steel. So during casting procedure, first come out is totally liquid steel, and at the end, there will be slag sneaked in, which will cause lower conductivity, and then higher magnetic field density, that will be capture by the secondary coil.

传感器构成原理

采用耐高温材料将N1.N2两组特制线圈隔离,把线圈整体封装在一个特殊钢制成的扁型环中,并从两组线圈中运用独特的技术方法引出两对信号线,传送到二次部分。

Sensor composition principal

There are two special made coils separated by heat-resistance material, which had been capsulated into a flat circular ring made by special steel. The two pairs of signal wires had been introduced to secondary part of system from this steel ring, by our unique technology.

传感器安装

传感器安装在钢包基准板内,与钢包水口同轴,并且同时担当钢包水口套管的导向部件。见(传感器安装)

The installation of sensor

The sensor had been settled under ladle’s datum plate, coaxial with liquid steel gate and at same time as guidance part for the casing pipe of ladle’s gate.

技术特点

1.   采用进口材料制造的、安装在钢包底部充当钢包水口导向部件的传感器,能长期在高达900°C的环境下正常工作,达到不烧损、不破损并具有良好的微弱渣信号检测特性。传感器的使用寿命达到800-1500炉以上。

2.    传感器的信号接插件,能满足在高温、高阻抗、强氧化条件下的微伏级(1uV=10-6V)渣信号的信号远传性,实现长期零阻抗的重复使用。 

3.    传感器在高温环境下长时间工作后,阻抗等分布参数特性发生变化造成信号漂移,系统能够自动识别自动补偿,保障了系统信号处理和预报的准确性。

Technical characters

1. Made by imported high quality material. Can be installed under ladle as water gate’s guidance part. Can endure high temperature working environment up to 900°C, and can simultaneously get the weak signal of slag at condition of unbroken and unburned. The working lifetime of sensor can be up to 800-1500 ladles.

2. The connector of sensor can satisfy the requirement of transmitting micro-volt signal under circumstance of high-temperature and strong oxidation, and can still remain nearly zero resistance.

3. The sensor can automatically compensate for the signal shifting, due to parameter changing caused by high temperature working circumstances, subsequently ensure the accuracy of processing and predicting of system.
