SPD-V200 Multi-function Roller Gap Instrument Introduction

 

SPD-V200型多功能辊缝仪是武汉中飞扬测控工程技术有限公司开发的带有可充电电池供电组，由高速DSP控制，用来自动测量连铸机物理参数的测量装置。其能够获得辊缝，外弧辊对接状态，辊弯曲，外弧辊对中，二冷水等测量结果。并通过无线数据接口传输给技术人员，以识别出连铸机内部可能存在的造成铸坯质量降低的问题。

We developed SPD-V200 Multi-function Roller Gap Instrument for measuring continuous casting system’s physical parameters; the system is powered by rechargeable battery array, and controlled by high-speed DSP. It can acquire data of roller gap, outer arc roll docking state, roller curve, secondary water cooler’s status, and so on, by wireless data transmitting interface. This kind of system is very important for quality controlling of billets.

 

SPD-V200型多功能辊缝仪通过连接引锭杆，从连铸机内通过,完成测量过程，所采集的数据存储在辊缝仪内部非易失存储器内。在测量过程中，操作人员可实时通过无线接口了解铸机状态，并可在全部测试完成后得到铸机全部参数和分析报告。

The measuring process of SPD-V200 instrument is going through the entire casting procedure of steel casting system, when connected by dummy bar of casting system. The data is stored in nonvolatile memory which is built in the instrument system. Operators can acquire the real-time status of casting system during measuring procedure, and at end can analyze whole data pack downloaded through wireless interface to build a status report by using our analyzing software.
